Hey! My birthday was two days ago, and sorry for all the Tubesday Got Talent videos but this one is worth sharing I think. Here's a cool magician who shared his magic with injured children in Irak while he was deployed :)
The Catching Fire movie trailer came out a while ago and I'm excited for the movie, but I just hope I'm not as disappointed as last time. I think it comes out this fall..... Pretty sure at least. Happy Tubesday and may the odds be ever in your favor!
Hi everyone. It's currently 1:12 AM and I'm lying in bed, the darkness covering me like a hot, thick blanket, and my little black furball of a dog is snuggled up next to me. Wow that sentence took me just under two minutes to write.... Guess the brain functions differently when it's late.
My emotions are all over the board right now. I feel like I wanna scream, jump, cry, laugh, run, and do so many other things right now. Guess Taylor was right, "We're happy, free, confused, and lonely at the same time" and it truly is miserable and magical at the very same time. Taylor Swift must have been under the same spell I am when she wrote that song, ha. Why am I saying ha? It wasn't even remotely funny lol. Yeah, I'm not even laughing out loud right now, don't wanna wake anyone up. I don't know why I feel so demented right now but maybe it's because I've never been to the east coast. I've never been to Disney World but I'm so in love w…
Hey bloggers! So I know I haven't been posting much but I have been reading this summer. Don't worry, I haven't forgotten my roots :) So anyway I'm gonna review a book that left mixed impressions with me because of it's content. Title: The Sky is Everywhere Author: Jandy Nelson
Genre: realistic fiction and romance? Synopsis: Seventeen year old Lennie Walker, bookworm and band geek, plays second clarinet and spends her time tucked safely and happily in the shadow of her fiery older sister Bailey. But when Bailey dies abruptly, Lennie is catapulted to center she of her own life-- and despite her nonexistent history with boys, suddenly finds herself struggling to balance two. Toby was Bailey's boyfriend; his grief mirrors Lennie's own. Joe is the new boy in town, a transplant from Paris whose nearly magical grin is matched only by his musical talent. For Lennie, they're the sun and moon; one boy takes her out of her sorrow, and the other comforts her in it. …
Blog-o-sphere!!!! I miss you so much! I'm so sorry I haven't posted this summer other than scheduled posts :( Ive been really busy and not very motivated to post, so sorry! I have to give a special apology to the book club, because I didn't really think about the time I was starting the thing. The reason why I haven't been doing anything with book club is because I had to give my laptop back to school since it isn't actually mine and we don't have a functional home computer. I would use my ipod but I can't get on wiggio from there! Does anyone know if there's an app for that? If someone else wants to continue book club without me, let me know, and go ahead. Instead of telling you every detail about my summer, I'll tell you the main highlights so far. -I went to a Detroit Tigers game :)
-Well I graduated level one drivers training!! Yay! I can now drive with my parents or someone my parents approve over 21. On the way to graduating, while sitting in …
